A: No Georgia started the war by bombing South Odessa,where Russian civilians live killing hundreds including some Russian peacekeepers.Russia sent in troops to protect their own civilians and destroy all Georgian military forces. Just what any country to do. Remember the British with the Falklands issue. They did just the same and were hailed as heroes.
