Q: Are you keeping your husband from testifying about how you currently feel about that person?
A: "Best Evidence"..... Anything the husband says about his wife's feelings or opinions is hearsay evidence..... in many cases inadmissible "Best Evidence" is the wife's testimony about her own feelings and opinions. Her failure to support her husbands testifying could have many reasons ( you fail to provide sufficient data)..... not all of those reasons may involve you....
