A: It's simple, you don't have friends in high place. I think it sucks that the bankruptcy laws changed and people can't even get an automatic stay to keep their houses from going into foreclosure. It sucks that a person's individual debt can stay on their record for up to 10 years penalizing them so that they can't move on with their life . They were greedy irresponsible scavengers. Their own greediness lead to their downfall. They got a free pass, and not one of these financial institutions will ever show one moment of mercy toward their debtors. When they're broke they have a safety net, but when you're broke you gotta pay up or their will be consequences. Unfortunately, there's no low interest loan available to help you out!
