Q: ....and do you think they should stick to just the one method everytime thanks in advance
A: I think lethal injection is the most humane of all executions because by being given a sedative first the condemned person cant feel anything or think about dying "as it happens". But I think any kind of purposeful killing as punishment is inhumane in that the person at some point knows they are going to be killed soon and must deal with that mentally and that must be pure anguish. And it is even more anguish for the person's innocent family and friends who did nothing wrong, they suffer the rest of *their* lives for something someone else did that they have no control over, even parents can not control what thier adult child does if they are a bad person, it is not the parents fault in MANY cases. It is horribly painful to family to have a loved one executed - but no one thinks of their pain and suffering when doling out 'revenge' to the accused. I believe life in prison is the most severe form of punishment, much worse than a death sentence, life in prison is no picnic even if they do have TVs and 3 square meals, and basketball. That is ALL they have, every day, forever, that is NOT FUN. And it spares the pain and suffering of the family and friends of the accused- to have to watch their loved one be KILLED.
